Danz Family Fund

Hello my name is Christian Esposito. I am a coach for the Geneva Cyclones.   Unfortunately a couple of weeks ago my assistant coach Jim Danz suffered a heart attack. I am very happy and so thankful to tell you he is expected to make a full recovery, but that does not make the medical bills that are stacking up because of this any easier. Jim and his wife Erin have 5 beautiful children who keep them very busy with their crazy activities, especially their two hockey players. Jim had just started a new job when this happened which makes the timing of this not ideal. Over the course of this year I have gotten to know the Danz family very well. Jim has not only been a great assistant coach to me but has also become a great friend and somebody I am grateful to have gotten to know. He also has shown me such an amazing example of how to be a great father. He is a very hard worker and very dedicated to staying involved in all his kids daily activities. His wife Erin is "super mom" between taking care of the kids and being the best manager for our hockey team I could ever ask for. They both go out of their way to do so many things for everyone and anyone they know. If you asked around the ice rink (where they spend so much of their time) there would be nothing but great praise  about the Danz family. They truly are an amazing family and it saddens me to be here asking for all your help. Even the smallest donations to help get them through this hard time would be greatly appreciated but even thoughts and prayers to help them through this are appreciated. I wish Jim a speedy recovery and from the Danz family to all they send their deepest gratitude for your help.
