Difficult Times Calls for Drastic Measures

Hi, my name is Glenda Crawford-Waxter. As many of you know, I have a son, Isas Waxter, who plays Division 1 football at Villanova University. Isas has been running track and playing football since the age of eight. He has always fought against all odds to excel, even when all the chips were stacked against him. Often earning his own money to train with elite trainers just to get where he wanted to be.
Recently Isas suffered a significant injury during spring ball, where he tore his MCL (damage to the Medial Collateral Ligament). For a student/athlete like Isas, who has fought his entire life to get where he is currently, this was not just a physical blow but an emotional, mental and spiritual one as well.
Villanova University has been outstanding in providing the physical therapy needed to try and get their 1st string cornerback back to 100% while he was at school. However, while home on break, specialized "sports physical therapy" is needed immediately as his knee is starting to lock back up. Villanova is willing to pay any additional cost affiliated with the "PT" that isn't covered by my insurance as long as it is within Net-Work. Unfortunately, every specialized sports therapist I have reached out to does not take my insurance.
Isas has had several talks with various NFL recruiters. I have every intention of helping him continue to fight for his goals and dreams.
All funds will be utilized to cover his physical therapy.
