EDUCATE: Not only do we educate our over 150,000 followers daily on TikTok and in our podcasts, but we have also written an LGBTQIA inclusive sex education book for teens. Your support will allow us to increase education about autism and neurodivergence, as well as social and emotional learning (SEL).

BUILD COMMUNITY: Your donation helps us create safe spaces online for peer support and community, which helps reduce the loneliness and isolation that leads to depression. Our work has saved hundreds of at-risk teens from suicidality.

Who are we?

My teenager Ash and I started the Kindness Project to help support LGBTQIA youth, who face higher risks of mental health issues, harassment, and bullying. In our first year, we have helped over 150,000 teens from all around the world, while educating others to increase allyship and community support.

We would like to expand our work to support and educate about autism, as autistic youth also face high rates of harassment, bullying, and isolation. We would also like to include more general social and emotional learning (SEL) content in our social media series, in order to improve conflict resolution, communication, emotional regulation, and decision making skills for all teenagers. Learning SEL skills can dramatically improve mental health as well as academic and social success.
