Diesel Needs Surgery!

We just learned Diesel Needs surgery ! He has a retained tooth where one of his teeth never came dislodged, and now his adult tooth is coming in on top of it in a very painful way. He needs surgery to remove the old tooth before it gets any worse causing him major problems. We've tried finding a vet that takes payments but no one around us does.  Anybody that knows him will say how sweet he is and how he doesn't deserve this.
 He just wants to be a puppy again.
He's already showing pain while he's eating.  Please share and any little bit helps!Thank you
