I’m raising funds for my boyfriend, Diego, after he was arrested by ICE on September 9, 2026, just minutes before our flight from Portland, Oregon to Newark, New Jersey. Everything happened so suddenly, and since that day our lives have been turned upside down.

This situation has deeply affected both of our mental health. On top of that, Diego’s health is not very good, and he needs treatment as well. I have been trying to do everything I can to help him, but the financial side of this process has been incredibly hard.

Now, through a trusted connection, I have found someone who agreed to help us with every step Diego has to take. But the legal expenses are very high, and I am already broke because of this cruel situation. There is also urgent timing, because there is a deadline to try to reverse what is happening as soon as possible.

The funds from this fundraiser will go toward Diego’s legal expenses so he can get the help he needs right now. If you are able to donate or share this fundraiser, it would mean so much to us. Any support could help Diego take the next steps before time runs out.
