I am sorry to have to share the tragic news with you, but Virginia’s grandson, Diego, was in a very serious motor vehicle accident on his way back home from college for the holidays yesterday. He sustained significant injuries, requiring abdominal surgery, and is still facing further surgeries to fix multiple fractures. He is currently intubated and admitted to the ICU at VCU Medical Center. Virginia is currently taking care of his siblings, so Diego's parents can be by his side.
