Diego is 19 years old living in the favela of Sao Paulo.

His life story is unbelievable.

He got lost from kinder garden at age 5 was wandering the streets for 1.5 day before he got found. This is why he is afraid of the dark he said to me.

He was homeless for a year with his mom at age 9 they called "banana boy" because he survived on bananas and bread for more than a year. 

I met him in a danceclass in Los Angeles he was dancing barefeet because this was the way he was most comfortable dancing. When I gave him a pair of shoes as a gift he told me "I'v never received a gift before in my life" 

This is just some of the stories about Diego

YESTERDAY he got robbed with passport visa and other valuable papirs. Today he got robbed again in the subway.

So I am raising this money to help him pay for his passport and documents. 

He is the most talented dancer i'v met hence the nickname
