Diego Sarmiento
On May 14th 2017, the family of Diego Sarmiento was met with a tragedy when my aunt Sandra Carrion found out her son had passed away, making it the saddest Mother's day a mother could have.
My cousin Diego will be remembered as a hardworking and charasmatic father. He worked multiple jobs to support his daughter Ludmila Sarmiento, now 8 years old.
Diego had a heart of gold. He was reliable and always willing to help. Diego was so generous to point that he would put his family and friends before himself..
On behalf of the Sarmiento and Nivelo family, in times of hardship I'm fundraising for his daughter Ludmila's future education or any needs she may have. The Junkluggers family will match up to $1,000 of any funds raised for his daughter.
On the day of my cousin Diego's funeral, before I could give him one last hug, I promised him to always support his parents & spend sometime and guide his daughter whenever I could, just like he would do for me .
