Diego goes to Berklee!

Diego Payan es un bajista talentoso y apasionado de la República Dominicana. Hijo de los reconocidos artistas dominicanos Rafa Payan y Laura Rivera. Es miembro de la banda Los Hijos de Machepa, conocida por su fusión de ritmos tradicionales dominicanos con influencias modernas de jazz, rock y funk. La pasión de Diego por la música y su dedicación a su oficio lo han llevado a ser reconocido como uno de los jóvenes músicos más talentosos y prometedores de la República Dominicana.

Recientemente, Diego y su mejor amigo y compañero de banda, Ariel Nuñez, recibieron becas de matrícula completa para Berklee College of Music en Boston, Massachusetts. Este es un gran logro para ambos, ya que Berklee es una de las escuelas de música más prestigiosas del mundo. Sin embargo, si bien las becas cubren los costos de matrícula, aún deben cubrir los gastos de alojamiento y comida.
