We (Die & Peach) are raising funds for Die's facial feminisation surgery.

Die Lemma, the people's princess, Lady Die is in need of mutual aid & fundraising support. So I (Peach) have created a new fundraiser with a specific goal in mind: get Die to the French Facial Surgery Clinic next year.

Facial feminisation surgery is something I have wanted now for many years. It's always felt quite unachievable. I have tried to find a way to survive without surgery and make do, but it's becoming increasingly difficult. My laser treatment has stopped working over time (meaning I now need electrolysis) and the hormones can only feminise your face so much.

Unfortunately this has coincided with the EHRC ruling, meaning I'm facing increasing amounts of casual transphobia, exclusion from public spaces and sometimes aggression on the street. I feel increasingly unsafe and uncomfortable in public. This is making surgery all the more urgent.

Breakdown of costs:

Surgery: £15,000 (tbc)

Electrolysis: £1,000

Travel: £200

Accommodation: £1000

2 Weeks off work: £1000

= £18,200

We will also be organising multiple fundraising cabaret shows to contribute to these costs (£2-5k)

If more is raised, the additional funds will go towards Die's next gender affirming treatment.
