Dictator’s Last Day - Student Film

Hi, we’re second year students at the University of Salford. We are looking to raise funds for our short film ‘Dictator’s Last Day’.

The film follows a callow dictator, Conor Joplin, and his two soldiers, Lieutenant Scone and Major Haemorrhage, as they retreat from a mob to a hidden location. With moments away from being found, Lieutenant Scone and Major Haemorrhage are forced into a final reckoning with the man’s own madness.

Any fund collected will go towards production design; costumes, obtaining props that represent a 1940’s setting; catering, travel, marketing and distribution; namely film festival submission costs .

Anyone who has made a donation to the film will receive a special thanks - if they wish to - with their name mentioned in the credits. You may also wish to remain anonymous.
