I have lived in my apartment for 20 years.  Due to many extenuating circumstances it has recently been hard to make the rent - at first the landlord was working with me but I wasn't getting caught up fast enough and I have now been served an eviction notice.  I have a long story of hard luck which I do not want to get into for fear of sounding like a whiner :)

I also need to get my utilities caught up and my car is in need of maintenance.
