Dianne Craig's Funeral Expenses

On Saturday, November 21st around 6pm, Dianne Craig, our friend, mother, grandmother and mee-maw ended her shift at Golden Corral in Clermont, where she was a waitress for many years.

Since the holidays were coming up, she decided to do a little Christmas shopping before she was picked up to go home at the plaza across the street. Unfortunately, she never made it. Dianne was hit by a hit-and-run driver at the intersection of HWY 50 and Grand Highway, sadly, she passed away due to her injuries. At this time, the driver has not been located.

I have known Dianne all of my life, she is the mee-maw of my niece Brandi and was one of my mom's closest friends.  Through the years, I'm sure if you've visited Golden Corral in Clermont (12 years) or even Pine Hills (8 years), she was your waitress at some point.

This has been such a shock to her family and all of her friends as they try to bring closure to what has happened.

Since this tragedy was so unexpected, there's no life insurance or money set aside for her funeral expenses. Any money raised will be used toward funeral and other miscellaneous expenses.

If you  met Dianne, you would know that she was a sweet soul with an upbeat personality. A giving woman, and there for those who needed a helping hand, even when she didn't have much of her own at times.
