Diane Coggin Merrill lost a battle with MS on 10/22/2019.
She was an incredible woman growing up in Arizona, she was ready for pretty much anything. She lived all over the United States raising her 4 kids, having a new adventure in each place she lived. She explored careers in radio, hospitality and security until she found her calling with Cowboy Miner Productions, the family business. She worked hard with writers and poets to publish their work, while also finding her own spotlight on the stage preforming the classics.
In 2015 she was diagnosed with MS. She lost mobility in her legs and eventually had complications that put her in care facilities for the past year. Even with all the medical problems she was still kind, warm, funny and always generous to a fault. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.
She is survived by four children the youngest being only 15. We are raising money to help cover her cremation and help fund a memorial service, one to be held in Phoenix AZ and another to be held in Joliet, IL.
