On October 12, 2020 Diane was found unconscious by her husband. She was rushed to the hospital where the doctors discovered that she had been experiencing severe diabetic ketoacidosis causing a severe spike in the blood sugar levels. Diane is now fighting to regain not only her memory but her speech. This will be a long battle, but we all know how strong Diane is! The Alcozer family truly appreciates all the love, support and prayers that all their family and friends continue to show. This GoFundMe is being setup to help cover any medical expenses the family will encounter. Diane is currently not covered under any medical insurance so this is going to take a toll on the family for months or even years to come.
