Diana Ramirez has lived in the same Castro District apartment since 1992. She's a lovely neighbor, member of the Queer community, friend, cook, animal-lover, and she needs our help to pay rent and cover the costs of an upcoming surgery. Diana has been physically unable to work for some time now, and has faced significant hurdles securing income for many months. Her unemployment benefits ran out in September of 2021, with subsequent claims being denied. As she awaits an appeal, her doctor placed her on Disability in January of this year, but she has yet to receive her first payment. With rent and knee replacement surgery looming, Diana needs our help.

 

Diana has had a rough go at it lately. As well as the predicament that's left her in need of funds, she recently lost her precious doggie and primary companion, Dora. Please help us support our neighbor in need.
