Hi dear friends, I’m Diana Carolina. I was just invited to participate in the summer intensive at Kirov Academy, Washington DC. It is a nice surprise and I don't want to let go this opportunity. I love Ballet and during half of my life I have been taking ballet lessons. Every day that I go to my ballet school I feel that rare sensation in my stomach, it is joy. I enjoy the routines, new steps, the laughs with my friends in the changing room; even the physical pain means to me that I’m doing my work to excel.
Entering into that summer intensive will give me the chance to have access to the best teachers and practices. And also very important, I'll put my best efforts, and passion to seek for a chance to be considered for the year round program. There I will have the opportunity to completely dedicate to my passion.
Kirov Academy of Ballet is a highly regarded institution and the tuition is logically very high. That’s why I will appreciate your help to gather funds to overcome that obstacle. I will face the rest of the challenges, like demanding teachers, hours of intense physical activity, with my willpower and love for ballet. Then, I am humbly asking for your help to get closer to the world of Ballet.
