Diana O'Connor

Diana has been fighting a battle against stage 2 pancreatic cancer since May of this year. By a stroke of luck and an unrelated issue, the cancer was identified early on.

Diana completed a series of chemo with the support of her daughters and husband. The chemo treatment was effective at shrinking the cancer and they have created a final treatment plan that includes radiation, surgery and a final round of chemo.

Diana is currently undergoing  2 weeks of radiation at MD Anderson in Houston .  After a few weeks to recover some strength, she will be undergoing surgery in Houston. Sugery will require a 3 week stay in Houston. With the recent disasters in Houston the cost to travel back and forth with accommodations has been difficult at times.
