Dian Bailey was a beautiful, strong, intelligent woman who touched the lives of many throughout her life. A loving mother and grandmother, Dian never backed down from a challenge and worked to provide for her family regardless of the obstacles life put in her way. In this difficult time we, her surviving family, ask for the assistance of all those who she impacted to ensure a beautiful service deserving of such an amazing woman. Any remaining funds not used for funeral services will go to towards the wellfare of her granddaughter Tabitha, who she was raising.
