Elmas usually helps cats and dogs in Istanbul, but she also helps people save animals if they are in other cities. She never gives up on life, and I witnessed how she even saved the "worst cases".

As she tries her best to get them the necessary treatment, she is always in need of money for supplements, food, equipment, physical therapy and vet bills.
