Hi all my name is Dallas, and I have been doing dialysis since April 2020 and it has taken its toll. Mentally, physically, emotionally and financially I am not one to put my hand out but this has broken me. I would never wish for anyone to have to go through this. It’s with a broken heart that I have to ask for help, so if you can spare anything I’d appreciate it.

on another note please make sure you become an organ donor even if you can no help me organ donation is a huge thing and I would love for you to do that.
