Their is a family that needs help and its urgent. They can't afford to pay medical bills and the dad is diabetic and has a heart condition. They dont have any sort of health care system in the Middleeast and medicine is extremely expensive! He is getting worse day by day and if everyone can pitch in and help we would be greatful!!
