Diabetes UK & British Heart Foundation

This Sunday I'll be taking on the task of completing the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon. Six months ago I was sat watching TV eating a family sized pack of Doritos when I saw Rob Burrows and his family on TV. They inspired me to get off my ass and physically challenge myself and appreciate the fact that I am physically able to get up and move.

I am not aiming for a specific time I just want to get over the finish line and enjoy every moment of the event and in doing so raise some money for charity.

My entry money for the race has already been donated to MND but following recent events, I'll be raising money for Diabetes UK and The British Heart Foundation in memory of dear beautiful Will Skinner.

Thank you for any donations you make, it'll definitely give me extra motivation on the day which is forecast to be particularly warm.
