I've been struggling with type 2 diabetes for the last couple of months, being in and out of the hospital. I lost my job because I'm not reliable anymore. I've exhausted all of my other financial institutions and resources around the area where I live, and I'm just stuck between a rock and a hard place.

I'm really embarrassed to reach out and ask for some help, but this is my last option. Anybody out there that can give me a little something to help me get through, I would most definitely appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.
