Help Michael Vitelli

Hello friends!  We are asking for your help in supporting dear friends of ours, the Vitelli family. Michael, Lyuba, their two beautiful young daughters, Annaleah(10) and Mila (4), and his son, Micheal jr., have been going through a very difficult time.  5 years ago Micheal was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. At the time he was given just one year but they have been fighting hard and he has made it this far. However, he has not been able to work and the medical expenses have piled up.  During the winter months, Micheal has been staying with friends in Florida, as the nicer weather helped his lungs tremendously. This winter however, while in Florida, he suddenly took a turn for the worse and is now bedridden and unable to travel. We would like to raise money to help find a medical transport that can bring him home to New York as soon as possible to be with his family and to help with their many other medical expenses. 
Any amount you can give to help would be so very appreciated. The Vitellis are a wonderful family that have been through so much. We would love to provide them with a least a little peace of mind, that they are loved and not alone in this struggle, and to help them as they make difficult desicions about the future.
