UPDATES : 4/30/24 - Dads been home but had a little scare the other day. Was in hospital for discomfort, found out he had a blood clot in this lung. Now on thinners. New chemo is rough. He’s hanging in there. Still waiting on disability and with everything piling up - he is pretty much caught up on essential bills up until now, for the upcoming month - I’m taking over what I can, but any help is appreciated! He’s on many meds which are not all covered - please continue to share! This is a scary / long journey for him and I want to help as much as I can financially. Medical bills are going to be pilling up as well. He’s going to be out of work for a while and no disability checks yet unfortunately as of now. Still waiting. Thanks again everyone. My dad appreciates it very much.

UPDATES : 4/9/24 - Dad is officially home and out of rehab. He will be continuing his chemo treatments, home nurses visiting daily - long road ahead! I want to thank everyone for their donations! We’ve been able to keep up with my dad’s rent that was due the last 3 months, car payments, electric, insurance - ect. This has been very helpful as my father has no income at the moment and hasn’t had any in a bit due to his injury before find out about the chemo so he’s been out of work and will be for a while. Please continue to share, even if you can’t make a donation! Sharing is just as helpful! Thank you all and will continue to update!

UPDATES : Dad started chemo 3/6. He’s still at Backus for now, plan is rehab next. Things are really tough right now for him, he’s really out of it, and we don’t know the future but we are hoping for the best and taking it day by day. Please share, and thanks to everyone who have donated. So far I’ve been able to pay for my dad’s bills and that means the world to us. One less headache at a time while we deal with all these uncertainty’s.

My name is Tiarra, and I’m starting this page for my dad. He was recently diagnosed with a rare cancer, which in turn damaged his spine, and at this time, he’s expected to be out of work for at least 6-8 months. I want to help my dad as much as I can. I’m hoping to raise enough money to help him with medical bills, treatment, and everyday expenses so he doesn’t have to worry about how he’ll pay for x, y & z. I want him to focus on his healing as we navigate this new diagnosis and what it means for the future. Anything will help, even just a share!
