Jose Gonzales Jr. Is suffering a host of medical issues. Since birth he has struggled to hold on to what I know I take for granted every day. Simple tasks like walking and eating. This child is in ICU waiting to find out if Doctor's can perform surgery on his last working lung. Please help with this cause and pass it on.
