Support my cancer journey
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Dylan, and I’m 21 years old. On October 3rd, my world was turned upside down when I was diagnosed with Stage 2 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, and currently undergoing treatment in the form of chemotherapy. It’s not something you expect to face at my age, and the journey so far has been both physically and emotionally challenging but at the end of the day it’s part of the process.
Through this experience, I’ve realized just how many people are affected by cancer not just patients like me, but also families, friends, and loved ones. I’ve been fortunate to have incredible support, but I’ve also seen how vital cancer charities are in providing hope, resources, and care to those who need it most.
While I’m focusing on fighting my own battle, I want to use this moment to give back. I’ve started this fundraiser to raise money for cancer charities that make a real difference by funding groundbreaking research, supporting patients, and working towards a future where fewer people have to face this disease. The Charity’s I’ll be donating too are Teenage Cancer Trust who has given me a massive help with the resources they provide within the hospital such as TV’s within the room, Pool Tables, Xbox Playstation, Cinema rooms. The Beatson Cancer Charity which is the hospital I’ve been visiting for treatment who have delivered the best treatment imaginable with the staff being the best people imaginable. So ideally I would like to donate £1000 to Teenage Cancer Trust, £2000 to Beatson Cancer Charity
This cause means everything to me, and I hope that, together, we can make an impact. Whether it’s a small donation, sharing this campaign, or simply keeping me and others in your thoughts, your support means more than words can express.
Thank you for standing with me not just in my fight, but in the fight to help others. Let’s turn this journey into something meaningful for everyone facing cancer.
