Hello, this is Irene Szczech.  I am saddened to let you know that a friend and colleague, Judy Cook, suffered a terrible loss on the evening of 12/8/15.  There was a fire and she and her husband lost their home and all of their belongings. This tragedy is made all that much worse by the upcoming holiday. Judy has worked for UH HIM/Medical Records for some time and is one of our top coding professionals. She is always there for us. Now it is our turn.

I have started this site in hopes that you will think of Judy and her family in this season of giving. I am hoping we can relieve some of the stress caused by this situation by presenting Judy and her family with the funds raised here as soon as possible. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.
