It is with with deep sadness that I'm writing these words. As you may be aware by now, my mother Shannon Krasel lost her battle with Covid-19 and passed suddenly on the evening of January 30, 2021. A nana, wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend to so many people.
Shannon was an extraordinary person, kind, caring, fun, genuine, and had a heart of gold and a sense of humor that made light of even the darkest of situations. Her smile brought happiness to any room she set foot in and as a result many have shared incredible unforgettable memories with her. We're lucky to have known her. Privileged in fact. I know there are truly many hearts that are broken now that she is no longer with us, but the hearts that are broken the most are her those of two boys, Tyler and Corey, her grandchildren Scarlett and Violett, and her loving husband Ted.
Our family had to come together to set up this go fund me page in the effort to organize her cremation as well as funeral costs. These are such challenging times, so there is no pressure for you to contribute, but if you like to and are able to it would be a lovely gesture and one that would appreciated by all that knew her, no matter how big or small. Regardless of whether you can contribute to this fund please keep Shannon in your thoughts and continue to keep her memory alive. To this incredible, irreplaceable person who was certainly taken too soon, we miss you so much and know you’re watching over us until we can see you again.
