Koa’s Surgery

Hi everyone, my names Bridgette and if you know me you know how much my lil baby staff Koa means to me.
My partner and I got Koa almost 2 years ago and he’s become such an important part of my life. It started a few months ago, my lil boy would be dripping blood after urinating. We took Koa to the vet, was informed there was nothing to be worried about as he’s only 1.5 years old. It progressively got worse and worse where Koa was directly urinating blood, at times urinating in the most random spots around the house. 3 rounds of antibiotics, pain medication, numerous vet appointments and finally an ultrasound - now we’re here they’ve located a bladder stone which he needs to remove. Additionally his prostate is becoming an issue and the vet have advised that neutering is required to further prevent potential bladder stones. If his situation continues to prolong either additional stones may develop or there may be a full blockage of Koa’s bladder.
I do understand that having a pet comes with costs, and I would say we prepared as much as possible. However, with this surgery bill, my partner studying, the recent stack of vet bills alongside keeping a roof over our heads it’s at the point where I am reaching out for help.
My boy Koa is genuinely everything to me, I hate seeing him in pain and feeling guilty everytime he has an accident around the house.
All donations will go to the cost of his surgery. I know with the Christmas period coming up everyone’s expenses may be quite high, any amount helps nothings considered too small. Please help Koa on his trip to recovery and get back to being the happy, lively and playful dog he was.
