I’m starting this funding project for a massively skilled, kind, caring, amazing fellow nail technician as well as a loving, funny, and supportive mom located in Fresno, CA - Michelle of @the.mani.cave.nail.studio
Asking for help is not in Michelle’s nature and I strongly believe she deserves to be supported and encouraged just as much as she supports and encourages others.
On the morning of November 17th, Michelle was taken by ambulance to her local hospital after experiencing pain, extreme dizziness and bleeding. She was admitted to the hospital for an emergency hysterectomy scheduled for the following morning, the 18th. She was so uncertain on her way to the hospital she kept asking the EMT’s if it was necessary and they adamantly reassured her it was and thanked her for calling them for help. Her surgery was successful and she was well taken care of for the 3 days she was hospitalized.
While she’s now home and recovering well, this means she’s unable to work for six weeks. As many of you know, Michelle is an amazingly talented nail technician, which also means she’s self employed. While savings has been beneficial to her and her family’s survival, she’s missing six weeks of income. As a fellow business owner, I’m sure many of us understand how scary and hard times like this are. Not only is she needing to keep her business financed, she also has herself and her kiddo to provide for. It’d be greatly appreciated if you’d be willing to donate a few dollars that you can spare, and equally as helpful if you’d share this for others to be able to support where anyone is able to.
