Portsmouth Film Society (PFS) is looking for a permanent home, our project called  the Southsea Community Cinema.

Highlights:
Developing a next generation of film and arts enthusiasts.
Building a Digital Online Resource and community links
Balancing our traditionally generated revenue with sponsorship.
Achieving commercial independence through strong partnerships.
Social working with ethnically and socially diverse groups in the city.
A new space will be for the local community use.

More information about Portsmouth Film Society: The society shows the best in world cinema, documentary, independent film, animation and classic movies. Members and public see great films in a social environment, and meet and chat about movies with other film fans. PFS gives you the chance to watch great films that you might not otherwise get a chance to see. Also organising summer open air film screenings and work for city's culture activities.
