Terry "TJ The Buss" Irby
Is Sophomore at Cass Technical High School in Detroit, MI, and a member of football team.  A standout student and athlete he plays a  Lineman. He also had played football in the Detroit Police Athletic League since the age of 7 years old. An excellent student who has consistently made honor roll throughout Elementary and Junior High.  He is a bright young, positve and energetic youngman.

During a routine phycial TJ was recently diagnosed with Renal Failure. Unbenouced to him and his family his kidneys were shutting down and he nearly loss his life. Overnight TJ went from the football field to having to do dialysis three times a week.

TJ's father passed away when he was only10 years old. He is being raised by his mother. As a single parent they loss the home he grew up in.  As his sole supporter and caregiver she can no longer hold employment.  They currently reside with family and due to his diagnosis TJ has experienced dramatic weightloss and is in need of many things. TJ had to wait 6 months before he could be placed on the donor list. 

This family is close to my heart. And we are asking for your assistance.
