Even with this disease Anthony has been working his but off part time and gets a very small amount of disability for funds.. he is now hospitalized and unable to work or pay the bills that are piling up..my brother Anthony Salvucci has been admitted into the hospital. Please send him some prayers/love. A small donation..
Anything ❤️
He has Covid-19 alongside with the disease..scleromyxedema..which he’s been battling 4 years now. If you don’t know what this is please look into it.
That being said..
He is an EXTREMELY rare case.. most doctors are baffled.
He was taken to the hospital by ambulance yesterday..then during a CT scan, he had a seizure. Since then the doctors have been monitoring him very closely and giving him medication for seizures and to help with Covid.
Since the seizure he has been pretty unresponsive and exhausted/recovering. We’re not sure what’s going on or what will happen now. We can’t talk to him, and cannot visit.
Just waiting for him to get more tests done like an EEG and MRI to see where he stands with brain function.
I can’t even believe I’m writing this.
I’m feeling extremely lost and like.. why? Is this really happening? It’s not looking good to me, and it’s hard to stay strong in a moment like this. Just waiting for answers from the doctors/nurses.
Anthony, he’s such a kind warm hearted individual. He’s been through hell and back.. I just hope he fights through this. He’s amazingly talented and creative. Always looking out for others. He has big dreams and a big heart.. please send some love to him and my mother Susan Salvucci.
We are all at a loss for words and I just wanted everyone to know what’s going on family/friends.
We are all extremely overwhelmed at this moment in time and will get to people when I can.
These are photos of him at his worst when he first got diagnosed with scleroderma. And then a couple months ago he was feeling very good after the gym, and took this selfie… miss you

Scleromyxedema
Never heard of it? Me either. Turns out it’s a rare severe and FATAL disease.
My family and I are BAFFLED, along with Anthony’s doctors..
-inability to perform everyday routines
-no dexterity in hands and fingers
-stiff and sore joints
-inability to walk normally
-calcium deposits under skin
-extreme weight loss
-malnutrition
-fatigue
-swollen esophagus
-loss of voice
-organ complications
-high anxiety
-depression
-panic attacks
He has been so strong through this huge change in his life. It has altered him drastically...physically and mentally..
It has also impacted all of our family as well.
It’s a battle. Everyday. Anthony is so young. I hope one day he can look back at these dark times and think.. wow I’m a badass. And I did it with the help of my family and friends.
It’s hard! We all have our own stuff going on.. but put yourself in his place for a moment.. and be grateful for everything you have.
Anthony is 23, with a big dream of one day going onto America’s got talent.
He used to play guitar and sing. When he would preform for my family and I... we would cry and get the goosebumps. It kills us all to see this fucked up disease kick his ass. We’re praying for the treatment to do soemthing.. until then..please help him with his everyday battle. In anyway possible.
