Jim Schoewe's Lymphoma Fight

Jim has been diagnosed with Stage III Lymphoma. It is largely gastric, which has prevented him from being able to consume food and drink without being sick, and he has drastically lost weight over the past 4 weeks because of this. The lymphoma is also located in the lymph nodes of his collarbone region, causing a large and painful growth in his chest and neck. This is affecting his nervous system in such a way that his left arm, side and leg are often tingling or numb. The doctors are hoping that chemotherapy, eventually combined with radiation, will lessen the lymphoma in his stomach, allowing him to eat and drink normally, and eventually lessen the effects of Stage III Lymphoma throughout the affected areas of his body. We are working on the paperwork for assisted health insurance through the hospital, but as of right now, he does not have health insurance to cover the costs of his care. Funds are needed to assist in making sure he gets the treatment he needs, but we also need your prayers, good vibes, and positive energy—every little bit helps.
