I need some help

My name is Oskur Snow. I need help paying a deposit on a utility bill . My ex refuses to pay anything and removed her name on the bill . She is abusive and has left me with not knowing what to do . I recived a bill for 2700$ and need help to pay a deposit so I can work out a payment plan . Thank you. Maybe no one will help , but at least I tried .
