One of our strong, smart, amazing students here at Columbia has been fighting cancer so hard but had a relapse on 9/15/20. She was almost done with treatment when she almost lost her life from a reaction to a chemo drug 11/24/20 and then steroids were able to save her life at the last minute before they put her on ecmo. She has been fighting so hard, and she was able to get new bone marrow on 2/25/21, she's currently recovering in the hospital.
