Hi Everyone,

Tyler, Michelle, and Nathaniel really need all of our help and support. Their son Nathaniel was born November 15, 2013. He was born Prematurely , 2 lb 1 oz and had to stay in the Nicu until December 29, 2013. Presently, Nathaniel is experiencing delayed growth and learning issues. He is currently entering into a developmental program which was just brought to their knowledge. Nathaniel is also seeing a Geneticist to see if he has any type of Syndromes. Michelle has Endometriosis and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome which affects her in life dramatically. Michelle has had numerous surgeries in the past due to these conditions. She always has heavy and very painful menstruations and severe cramping.
Tyler became severely ill and went on Medical Leave from work April of 2015 due to a Rare Genetic Disease called “Albright’s Hereditary Osteodystrophy”, also called “Pseudohypoparathyroidism Type 1A”.

What This Disease Does: It blocks the body from absorbing calcium from the bones, which has extremely low calcium to begin with, and puts the calcium in the blood since the body can’t absorb it. The calcium then crystalizes on the kidneys and tendons making it extremely difficult and painful to move. This disease causes severe arthralgia and myositis, chronic pain,
fatigue, seizures, electrolyte imbalance, hypocalcemia, high fever, anxiety, depression, osteomalacia, extremely low calcium and vitamin D, and makes your growth hormone not function the correct way. Tyler has been to numerous doctors but this disease is so rare, doctors do not alway's know how to treat it correctly. Tyler did find and has been going to a Internist Specialist at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN to get this condition treated. It has and is very difficult to do with little money and since the medical center is so far away. Tyler also has to goto a Pituitary Specialist as well at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

The DiMattei family are in real severe need of any type of financial assistance. They currently are in severe debt ranging from medical bills to living expenses. Tyler applied for Short Term Disability, filed and sent the paperwork with the STD Company, but after a routine Pre-Existing Investigation, they denied the claim saying it was a Pre-Existing Condition. Tyler did apply for
Long Term Disability and was approved, but the first check will not get here until around Thanksgiving.
They have requested help from all their relatives and friends, as well as exhausted all of their resources to keep steady through these really stressful and unseeing situations .
In conclusion, If Any Help can be provided to this family due to these situations, they would be Forever Grateful and Appreciative.

Message Directly From Tyler:  Hi everyone, our family is really severe need of your help. I have been out on Medical Leave  from work since April of this year. It's been so hard for our family to live due to only one paycheck coming in. It's been so difficult to goto doctors appointments, pay medical bills, and pay for the medicine I need to live on. I got denied for my Short Term Disabilty  which made everything horrific for me and my family. If you can please help with any sort of donation , that would make us extremely  thankful.
