On August 30th my sister Courtney received the J&J vaccine. The following days she noticed her legs felt a little tingly from time to time but didn't think too much of it. On September 6th she was rushed to Westchester Medical as she was paralyzed from the chest down. Courtney was diagnosed with Guillain-barre Syndrome which is a rare side effect of the Covid vaccine.

Courtney is currently at Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinbeck NY and receiving OT and PT rehabilitation. She is just 35 years old and is unable to work. We are unsure when she will be able to return to work at this time. If you could please help in any way it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
