- PLEASE SHARE. It is in this very trying time that I humbly ask for assistance. With GOD'S GRACE and MERCY I pray that a few compassionate people can find it in their hearts to help. As I stated before I don't post my business on social media so very few people know that in February of this year I fell through a table and broke my hip and had to have emergency surgery. 3 screws were placed in my hip. In March of 22, I was scheduled for a post op checkup only to be told that the screws had come out and I then had to have an emergency hip REPLACEMENT. This meant a second surgery. Needless to say I was not prepared to hear this. This means more recovery time till I could resume mobility and get back to work. Over the course of 4-5 months of physical therapy I regained my mobility and was able to walk and was prepared to go back to work when I started having lower back pains and sharp pains in other parts of my body that left me unable to stand or walk for long periods of time. On 7/28/22 I had a Doctors appointment and had X-rays and lab work done. Received a phone call the same evening to come back in for admittance and more tests. After having a bone marrow biopsy done along with a full body X-ray It was confirmed that I had bone cancer (multiple myeloma) to make matters worse it has already spread to other parts of my body. My ribs, my chest, lower back and skull. Upon hearing that it is incurable, I was devastated and began thinking about my children being here without me. While there is no cure, however it is treatable. Thank God!!! While that is good news, it now creates a financial crisis as my Insurance company does'nt cover certain medications or treatments. The sooner I can get my body as pain free as possible the sooner I can get back to work.. This is where I humbly ask for prayers, encouragement and ANY financial contributions. I realize we are in a time where a lot of ppl are struggling financially and any small amount will be of help.I never imagined I'd find myself in this predicament at this stage in my life but here I am.
