Dexter The Parvo Pup

Our 10 week old boxer/lab mix, Dexter, has parvovirus. My girlfriend Ashlyn and I are doing all we can to get him healthy but we are running out of savings. We are two college students just looking to give this puppy a long happy life. On the 6th of June we brought Dexter home, and we immediately fell in love. He was sweet, playful and loved snuggles. The following Thursday we took him into the vet for vomiting and they gave us the news and we took him to the hospital. We had heard horror stories of the virus. It's many ups and downs, unpredictability, and the cost. Currently, he is on a feeding tube, IV, antibiotics, anti-nausea, but no pain medication since he hasn't been absorbing the fluids well. We are exploring the option of out patient care but we are hesitant since we don't believe this will give him the best chance of a full recovery. This is the reason we are asking anyone to help out. Parvo is a seriously destructive virus, and Ashlyn and I have been having difficultly dealing with the thought of losing him. We need these funds preferably in a timely fashion since the hospital requires up front payment (we already maxed out 2 credit accounts).
