Dexter and his heart

Dexter and I recently went to the vet to get his 1 year heat worm prevention and when they did the test he care up positive for heart worms. Unfortunately they have started affecting his heart and lungs as he has had them longer than I have been his mommy. Which will be 2 years this Christmas Day. He is 4 1/2 and a rescue pup. Unfortunately I just got out of the hospital and only have 2 weeks to come up with this money to help my boy out. Anyone who knows me knows that I’m crazy about my pup and would do anything for him. Even swallowing my pride and asking for help. If you can’t give anything please at least share. Even $1 helps. Thanks to all for reading
