Dexcom G6 Living Beyond T1D

For those of you who know me, you know that I have been living with Type 1 Diabetes for almost 10 years. I have faced many challenges in regards to this disease, however, I have always been able to overcome those challenges. A huge blessing for my family and I was the continuous glucose monitor I use to have. It monitors my blood sugar for me so I do not have to prick my finger as often or guess when my blood sugar is high or low. I was able to go to bed with peace of mind because I knew I would be woken up by an alarm if my blood sugar were to get low. Unfortunately, the piece of equipment is very expensive and I only had a trial. I fell in love with it and it lifted a lot of burdens for me. The out of pocket cost to purchase the item is more than I or my family can afford. With my goals and dreams of getting married, having a family, and owning/running a business this continuous glucose monitor will make it much easier to do these things. Please consider donating.
