Dev.Pro Employees have been personally affected by Russia's horrific war on Ukraine. The attacks on Kharkiv, Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities have forced people out of their homes with only what they could carry, and the humanitarian crisis is only growing. We know of Dev.Pro team members who have been separated from their families. Some have spent days heading to the border, or to safer areas in western Ukraine. 

 

Out of 830 total people, there are currently 188 Dev.Pro team members working remotely from other countries and 170 are working from western Ukraine.

 

This support fund is to help Dev.Pro Employees impacted by Putin's war. All donations raised will be distributed to Dev.Pro employees to help aid them with emergency expenses they are bearing due to war, including relocating (either to Western Ukraine or abroad) and to help support their needs during this crisis.

 

We are creating a process for employees to request support for funds for expenses they need to stay safe, relocate and to be able to keep functioning during this horrific war. A committee of Ukrainian-based Dev.Pro team members will be the ones making the decisions about how to use these funds since they are the ones who know what is needed most, and the situation is dynamic.

 

Our goal is to currently to raise $250,000 to help support Dev.Pro team members.
