Devoured Pizza on Wheels

 My name is Jhy Coulter, owner and creator of Devoured Pop Up. I am Kansas City's first black, queer, woman owned Pizza joint! Pizza and people are my absolute passion. 



You may have tried our pizza or seen us at your favorite brewery, wine bar, or community event! For a year, we have been lugging all of our equipment around KCMO, popping up with our portable ovens. We really love our pop ups and plan on keeping that vibe alive. But, man. It is hard work! 



However, we are in the next phase in our journey and would like to expand our operation. We are so passionate about pizza, high quality ingredients, and giving our KC Fam something to smile about. SO, WE EXPANDED + WE JUST ACQUIRED A TRUCK!!
