Devoted mother loses husband unexpectedly

My best friend, Jocelyn, unexpectedly lost her husband, Josh, December 19, 2021. Josh was an amazing man, who did anything and everything to support her and their 1 year old son; allowing Jocelyn to be a stay at home mom to raise their child. Even if that meant long hours at work or doing overtime. He was truly so loved by everyone. No one will forget the light he brought to the room and his amazing Boston accent.

 

When Jocelyn brought Josh to hospital, little did she know, those would be the last moments she would have with her best friend due to the hospital visitor restrictions. I know Liam will one day understand how truly amazing his father was through stories he hears from family and friends, however he won't be able to have stories for himself. He won't be able to share real life memories with his father on the first day of school, holidays, playing sports, recitals, graduation, going to college, at his wedding or even sharing joy when he becomes a father himself one day.

 

I know Jocelyn would never ask for help, but she deserves it because she is always there for anyone who needs it. This gesture is very small in comparison to what lies ahead for this family, however I wanted to launch this GoFundMe to provide Jocelyn and Liam financial relief and worry from getting basic needs as well as their continued growth as a family.

 

I know for sure, Josh will always be looking down upon them and be proud of all the accomplishments they achieve together. Any donation is much appreciated as this family goes through the unthinkable at this time of year.
