Dear friends, family, and supporters,

We are Pieter Lagaay and Rob Weir, Zoltan's close friends, writing this update with hearts full of hope and deep appreciation for everyone who has walked alongside us on this journey.

When we first shared Zoltan's story, we introduced you to a man whose radiant smile, warm embrace, and infectious laughter light up every room he enters. A devoted husband, inspirational father of three, and a true servant of God—originally from Hungary, Zoltan has lived a life of unwavering faith, selfless service, and boundless love. His talents as a gifted graphic designer have blessed Fortune 500 companies, but his greater calling has always been pastoring churches, nurturing souls, and pursuing deeper ministerial studies—all while putting others first with an endlessly optimistic heart.

Since that initial call for support, Zoltan has faced his battle with colon cancer with remarkable courage and grace. He underwent chemotherapy, and for a beautiful season, the cancer became undetectable. Together with his family and all of us who love him, we rejoiced—we truly believed healing had come, and we praised God for the victory we saw unfolding.

More recently, Zoltan experienced acute pain that required surgery. During the procedure, a biopsy revealed that the cancer has returned. Yet even in this moment, we see God's hand at work. The surgery that relieved his pain is reversible, allowing Zoltan to move forward with greater comfort and strength. He is now carefully evaluating his next treatment options, approaching each one with the same faith and determination that have carried him this far.

Through it all, Zoltan remains in truly great spirits. His beautiful family is standing strong beside him, filled with love, hope, and peace. His light continues to shine brightly—encouraging others, sharing laughter, and testifying to the transformative power of God's love. This chapter isn't a step backward; it's part of the ongoing story of perseverance, deeper trust, and continued healing that we are believing for.

We are reaching out again, humbly asking for your continued prayers and support. Medical expenses continue, and renewed financial help will ease the burden so Zoltan can focus fully on his health, his family, and the ministry God has placed on his heart. Every gift, no matter the size, seeds into a life that has already touched so many—and will continue to inspire for years to come.
