Devon Stephens Breast Cancer Surgery Fund

Hi, My name is Chris Furlow, Devon's mom. My team, Jacob Corban, Devon's oldest Son and my two sisters, Lottie Guilbeau, Devon's God Mother, Ninette Ponthieux, Devons Aunt and I are raising funds to help Devon Stephens.

 

Devon Stephens has been diagnosed with Breast Cancer. She has been blessed in obtaining the very best Oncologist Surgeon in the South Region. Thank you, Katti, for helping to make this happen. Sadly, her Oncologist Surgeon and the Anesthesiologist are not in her insurance network. Therefore, she will have to pay out of pocket. Devon's monthly bills will become a financial burden and cause hardship for her. We see the need for additional financial support to help prevent any financial burden and hardship for Devon. We are reaching out for your help. Financially, very few people are prepared for something this major.

Devon will be enduring serious cancer treatments and major surgery and Mastectomy or possibly needing a double Mastectomy. Because of the severity of Devon's Breast Cancer, Devon needed to obtain the best Oncologist Surgeon. We want to do all we can to help ease this financial burden for Devon and ensure she wins this battle against Breast Cancer.

 

Devon will begin Chemotherapy treatments to help shrink this cancer. Within three months from the start of chemotherapy, she will undergo major surgery and a mastectomy of one or both breasts. Chemotherapy and possible Radiation may continue after her Surgery, Mastectomy and Reconstructive surgery. Dev has a long road ahead of her, and we will be with her every second of this journey.

 

The stress and fear have taken a toll on our Dev. She is a mother of 3 beautiful kids. Jacob, Brylin and Colt. She knows how much they need her, and for the greatest love of her children, she will fight hard, and she will win. Devon is strong, and she is determined and courageous. She is one of the strongest women I know … she is my daughter … God only knows I would take her place to spare her if I could.
