Devon Hughes's Breast Cancer Support

Last week, our family received unexpected and devastating news. Our beautiful Devon was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. At 31 years old with two young kids and so much life ahead of her, we are all shattered with this news. After weeks of tests due to severe and debilitating pain, we learned that she was suffering from cancer that had spread from her breast to her liver and spine. An additional mass was found on one of her ovaries, and doctors elected to remove both of her ovaries to help thwart the spread of her cancer. Following the procedure, Devon developed a still unidentified infection that has ushered in a more immediate fight for her life as she has been transferred to ICU. Doctors remain optimistic about her recovery from this infection. Then begins the long battle against her incurable but treatable cancer. With Sean and Devon both unable to work at the moment and both regular and unforeseen bills mounting, they could use your generous love and support to ensure that they are able to stay financially stable during this difficult time.
